Apprentice Engineering Maintenance Technician

 As an apprentice, you will receive on-the-job training and support from experienced engineers, while also attending formal education to gain qualifications in engineering. You will assist with the maintenance, repair, and improvement of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Assist in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and systems across the facility. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults under the guidance of senior engineers. Support with routine inspections and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Help with the installation and testing of new equipment or machinery. Record and document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used. Participate in projects related to machinery upgrades, improvements, and modifications. Maintain a clean and organised work environment and follow safe working practices at all times. Attend training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills and gain relevant qualifications. Contribute to a collaborative team environment, offering ideas and suggestions to improve operations.

Training Outcome:

Qualified Maintenance Technician.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. 30 minutes lunch break.
