Carpentry and Joinery Apprentice

Support day-to-day tasks within your team or trade area.   Learn and apply safe working practices at all times.   Participate in training, assessments, and on-the-job learning.   Work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors, and site teams.   Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to J Coffey values.  

Training:

A dedicated mentor to guide your development and support your progress.   Structured training combining practical experience with classroom or online learning.  Regular reviews to track your achievements and identify growth opportunities.   Access to support, training, and company resources.   Clear progression pathways into skilled roles, further qualifications, or specialist areas within the J Coffey Group.  

Training Outcome:

Level 4 potentially subject to performance.
