Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice

Your job duties will include:

Assist qualified tradespeople in carrying out routine and emergency repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, and general property maintenance Support the preparation of work sites, including setting up tools, equipment, and safety barriers Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and colleagues, providing excellent customer care Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standard of safety and cleanliness Assist with diagnosing repair issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff Complete work records accurately, including safety checks, progress updates, and safety documentation

Training Outcome:

Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
