Technician/Teaching Assistant apprenticeship in Construction

Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement, under guidance of the teacher Deliver tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis Support pupils to stay engaged and on task during lessons Assist with behaviour management and promote positive learning Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom resources General maintenance of the workshop and machinery

Training:
Teaching Assistant Level 3 Training will take place at University Academy Holbeach, and you will receive 6-hours to complete off the job training every week

Training Outcome:

This could become a permanent position for the right candidate if the apprenticeship is successful.

University Academy Holbeach is a co-educational secondary school and sixth form located in Holbeach, near Spalding in Lincolnshire. It serves students aged 11–18 and is part of the University of Lincoln Academy Trust

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week term time only, working hours TBC
