Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Duties to include but not limited to:

Assisting with daily transport planning and scheduling Communicating with drivers and customers Updating transport systems and paperwork Monitoring deliveries and collections Handling phone and email enquiries Supporting the traffic office with general administration

Requirements:

Good communication and organisational skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and develop new skills Positive attitude and good teamwork skills

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification Weekly off-the-job training Bi-weekly learning half-day session

Training Outcome:
The opportunity to gain full-time permanent employment and to progress within the organisation

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 6.00am- 3.00pm, with 1 hour lunch.
