Level 3 Business Admin Apprentice

Collecting paperwork from different departments Entering pallet sorting data into Excel Filling in pallet counts Checking delivery notes with diary ensuring prices and quantities match Solving any discrepancies with prices and quantities by liaising with sales department Checking to make sure we have received all completed delivery notes for the sales orders that have been raised Checking and matching customer purchase orders with delivery notes Filling delivery notes Answering phone calls and ensuring all calls get transferred to the relevant person Making Drinks for fellow colleagues & visitors

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:

Study towards a recognised qualification (Level 3 Business Administration).
