Key Duties and Responsibilities
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner Maintaining and organising electronic and paper filing systems Ordering stationery and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices Using Sage and eGizmo systems to process sales and purchase information Updating and maintaining accurate business records and databases Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks as required Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service Assisting with day-to-day office operations to ensure the smooth running of the businessTraining Outcome:
