Teaching Assistant Apprentice

Apprentice Teaching Assistants work in the classroom alongside colleagues to support out pupils in accessing their education This involves supporting their teaching and learning, as well as meeting the physical needs of the pupils, such as at lunch and break times

Training:
Full training is provided in the workplace

Training Outcome:
Following completion of the apprenticeship the right candidate may be offered a position as a permanent member of staff

Mountjoy School caters for pupils aged 2-19 years who may have severe, complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties or autism. Whilst challenging, our work is immensely rewarding and all staff are supported in their professional development.



Working Hours :
Term time only Monday: 8.55am to 4.45pm Tuesday to Friday: 8.55am to 3.45pm
