Customer Service/Software Support Apprenticeship (Willenhall)
The successful candidate will be answering technical and user experience tickets through our online helpdesk as well as via the phone. They will support the software team with delivering training to our sales team and partners and learn to put together user guides and other communications.
Training Outcome:
There may be an opportunity for a full-time role after successful completion of this apprenticeship.
