AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting Agency Healthcare Assistants (HCA) for relief and ongoing agency opportunities across healthcare services in Cork City and surrounding areas. 

We are seeking dedicated and professional HCA's who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care while enjoying the flexibility and variety that agency work offers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist service users with personal care and activities of daily livingSupport mobility, independence, dignity, and wellbeingMonitor and report changes in service users' conditionsMaintain accurate documentation and recordsWork collaboratively with nursing, medical, and multidisciplinary teamsAdhere to HSE policies, HIQA standards, infection prevention and control procedures, and safeguarding requirementsSupport service users in residential, community, disability, and healthcare settings as required

Essential Requirements

Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Health Service Skills or Community Health ServicesFull eligibility to work in IrelandMinimum 120 hours relevant healthcare placement experienceGarda Vetting clearanceThree satisfactory referencesUp-to-date Manual Handling and CPR/First Aid trainingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidaysFull Driving Licence desirable
