Building Contracts Manager

A Housing Association based in Surrey is currently recruiting for a Building Contracts Manager to join their team as soon as possible.


This is a full time, temporary position and the ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of Building Maintenance including Health & Safety management.


The purpose of the role is to Manage the repairs and maintenance service for a district covering responsive and planned projects, voids and programmes of capital and revenue spend.
Responsibilities:

Manage service providers and consultants to deliver high levels of service.

Take the lead as contract manager on borough-wide contracts as required.
Manage partners to ensure delivery of the agreed SLA & KPIs.

Delivery weekly, monthly and yearly data providing in the moment contract monitoring to enable close management of the contracts.
Monitor work for quality, resident satisfaction, spending against budget and provide reports and statistical information.
Identify trends through rigorous analysis of data, then act to continually improve the service through service & value improvement action plans.
Involve residents in the monitoring of the performance of the service areas.
Lead on effectively liaising with residents on property related matters, including leasehold consultation and right to buy information.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £34 per hour umbrella LTD Inside IR35 to join their team.
