Apprentice Teaching Assistant
Your duties will include:
Supporting learning — Helping pupils with their learning under the guidance of the Headteacher, class teacher, and SENCo, including supporting lessons linked to the national curriculum. Promoting well-being — Encouraging pupils’ emotional, social, and moral development by offering support, reassurance, and positive role‑modelling. Providing targeted support — Working with pupils one‑to‑one or in small groups to help them take part fully in learning activities and make good progress. Supporting behaviour needs — Assisting pupils who may be experiencing emotional or behavioural challenges, helping them build confidence and appropriate social skills. Carrying out admin tasks — Helping with everyday classroom tasks such as photocopying, laminating, organising resources, and keeping materials tidy. Preparing learning materials — Setting up, maintaining, and organising classroom resources, so pupils have what they need for lessons and activities.Training:
Teaching Assistant Standard Level 3. Training is delivered in the workplace.

Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
