We specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of renewable energy and energy-efficient systems, including air source heat pumps, air conditioning, solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and electrical installations for domestic and commercial customers.

Role overview

This is a varied installation role working across domestic properties throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for installing, commissioning and supporting a range of renewable energy and air conditioning systems, whilst carrying out associated electrical work to a high standard.

Duties include:

Installing air conditioning systems within domestic propertiesWorking on air-to-air and air-to-water heat pump installationsInstalling solar PV and battery storage systemsCarrying out associated electrical installation workTesting, commissioning and fault findingEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry regulationsProviding a professional and friendly service to customersMaintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations. You'll have both electrical and air conditioning experience, enjoy working across multiple technologies and be comfortable working in customers' homes.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to communicate professionally with customers are just as important as your technical skills.

Qualified Electrician18th Edition Wiring RegulationsValid F-Gas QualificationFull UK Driving LicencePrevious experience installing and commissioning air conditioning systemsStrong understanding of electrical installation, testing and fault findingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship

Experience installing air source heat pumpsSolar PV and battery storage experienceRenewable energy industry experienceInspection and Testing qualificationsNICEIC experienceExperience working within domestic properties

You may currently be working as an Air Conditioning Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Renewable Energy Engineer or Electrician and be looking for a role that offers greater variety, stability and local work.
