Customer Engagement Officer
The Vacancy
Customer engagement means just that at Paradigm, and we are looking for a customer focused individual with experience in a similar role which could be in the charity sector or values led organisation.
Alternatively, you may be working in the private sector and have the desire and drive to deploy your skills and experience in a financially strong values led organisation with a great social purpose - to house people.
In this role you will:
? Plan, deliver and support effective and representative customer involvement, engagement, consultation, and customer led scrutiny across the business, ensuring there is a strong customer voice in the organisation that is used to influence the way services are delivered to customers
? Monitor the impact of Customer Engagement activities.
? Design and deliver customer engagement or consultation activities that support service leads and key projects across the organisation to understand customer priorities, needs or views e.g., design customer surveys, facilitate face to face interviews, focus groups, task and finish groups, customer journey mapping and on-line customer research and engagement
? Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer engagement issues across all tenures.
? Ensure involvement opportunities, outcomes, impact and value are well publicised to staff, customers and stakeholders
? Develop and deliver tools, guidance and training to upskill the business in understanding regulatory and good practice requirements around customer involvement and engagement.
? Regularly network and engage with colleagues across the business to proactively promote the benefits and outcomes of successful customer engagement
