Steel Fixing Apprentice

Assist with assembling and installing structural steel frames. Prepare materials, support lifting operations, bolt components, and follow strict safety procedures on active construction sites. You’ll learn to read drawings, work as part of a skilled team, and contribute to delivering high‑quality reinforced concrete structures across J Coffey projects.

Training:

As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll spend one day each week at college completing your formal training. This gives you the technical knowledge and qualifications you need, while the rest of your week is spent gaining real, hands‑on experience on J Coffey project.

Training Outcome:

Potential progression to level 3.
