We are currently looking for a Dispensing Optician Manager to join a lovely opticians based in Cheylesmore, West Midlands.
The Directors of the practice are looking to create a patient centred environment where the team can enjoy themselves whilst developing their careers.
Dispensing Optician Manager – Role

Well-established practice with customer care at the heart
Quality support from the directors
Helping lead the high quality team with the focus on high levels of customer care
Provide comprehensive dispensing service
Lead from the front
Pre-screening, collections, adjustments etc.
Full time position including weekends
Professional fees covered
Extensive opportunities for development
Salary package up to £30,000

Dispensing Optician Manager – Requirements

GOC registered
Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
Be able to develop and maintain a reputation for high quality customer care
Ability to learn and want to develop
