Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a prestigious role in the heart of Central London?

I have an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company, delivering building services to a high-profile building in Marble Arch on behalf of a major property management company.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the smooth day-to-day operation of a landmark commercial building. This is a fantastic chance to work within a professional environment, supporting some of the UK's most prestigious blue-chip companies and financial institutions.

Hours

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements

Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical backgroundCity & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualificationHNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualificationProven experience in commercial building maintenanceConfident and professional manner — client-facing experience essentialKey Duties

Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the buildingMechanical PPM on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and associated plantMaintenance of FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and associated building servicesWater treatment and statutory compliance tasksServing both landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estateWorking collaboratively within a small, dedicated maintenance team to deliver an exceptional servicePackage
