Naval Architect

Naval Architect (two levels available) - Aberdeen - Permanent - Competitive Navis Consulting are looking for an experienced Naval Architect looking to take the next step in their career.

You must have previous experience within a similar role.

You will need an eye for detail and be committed to high standards and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

Drafting steelwork and outfitting's
Full cycle of design from concept to delivery
Structural and stability calculations
New build design work
Surveying on existing vessels
Liaising with subcontractors

Requirements:

Naval Architect Degree or equivalent experience
Eye for detail
AutoCAD
The want to live in a rural area

This is a permanent position and candidate must have the ability to travel and the drive to keep progressing in their career.
