Accounts Administrator – 40 hours per week9am – 5.30pm (30 min lunchbreak)Location – Ringwood, HampshireSalary Up to £26,000 per annum
We require an Accounts Administrator to join our team based at our Ringwood Head Office.
The role will report directly into the Finance Director.
Main duties • Purchase Ledger - Processing invoices - Chasing authorisations - Matching receipts to credit card statements - Dealing with CIS/returns - Reconciling supplier statements to accounts - Preparing payment runs
• Payroll / Administration - Maintaining payroll function prior to sign off - Preparing VAT returns prior to sign off - Employee contract administration
Provide additional support, as and when required Requirements • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail• Competent IT skills, specifically Excel and Word• Ability to work effectively and independently• Experience in working within an accounts environment and dealings with CIS preferable
