Primary Teacher (Qualified)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting young learners during the early stages of their education.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups Assisting with classroom activities and preparation Supporting children’s academic and social development Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable A patient, caring, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
