CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a static Electrical Engineer to be based in South Bank, carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance working closely with the Supervisor on site. The successful candidate will currently be an electrical engineer and have a strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance works at various commercial properties.
This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £49,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbingPumps, motorsWorking to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimesChanging taps/washers Managing priorities within contract constraints. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.Requirements
