Job Title:             Senior Housekeeper – Luxury Venue
Salary:                 Up to £30,000

My client is looking for a hands-on Senior Housekeeper for a luxury event venue to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure exceptional standards across guest accommodation and communal spaces. This is a key role for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the housekeeping team day-to-dayMaintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standardsConduct room inspections and quality checksManage rotas, stock control, and housekeeping systemsWork closely with management to drive operational excellenceSupport recruitment, training, and team developmentRemain hands-on with cleaning, changeovers, and room preparation
