We're recruiting an Evening Service Chef to take full ownership of a busy student dining operation within a prestigious education environment.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a chef who enjoys creativity, autonomy and having a genuine impact on the food offer. You'll be responsible for shaping the evening menu, delivering themed food nights and driving engagement within the student community, all while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule and excellent work-life balance.

The Role

Take ownership of the evening food operation.Create engaging menus and themed food events.Drive participation, sales and customer satisfaction.Deliver service between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.Manage stock, wastage and food costs within your area.Build strong relationships with students and customers.

About You

Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Chef Manager experience.Strong fresh food background.Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
