The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Account Manager focusing on key products and segments (Food & General conveyor belting).

There will be a focus on the strongest industry sector in the region.

The role offers a base of up to £40,000 with anannual bonus of 15% subject to targets.


? Sales: 3 years (required)
? Engineering: years (required)


? To lead business generation in the region
? Ownership of the Customer experience delivered
? To provide timely and professional documentation of activities and results against the agreed schedule of objectives
? To drive and deliver continuous feedback on the marketplace for the benefit of the business as a whole
? To represent the business as an ambassador and to be held in the highest regard in terms of professionalism and integrity at all times
? Systematic planning and implementation of effective (quality) and efficient (quantity) customer calls

Skills, experience & qualifications:

? Ideally HNC / HND / Degree qualified ideally within Engineering or Technical discipline or with relevant work experience
? Commercial acumen and a proven track record in Technical Sales within the relevant target markets of Food, Paper & Print, Materials Handling, etc.

? For this role strong experience within the packaging industry is required.
? Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, the ability to plan and prioritise workloads
? A confident individual with excellent networking and interpersonal skills
? The ability to understand engineering issues relevant to the products and services offered
