Sales Support Executive – Up to £48,000 OTE

Remote role with occasional site visits in London

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a confident and proactive Sales Support Executive to join a growing contract catering business. This is a primarily remote position, suited to someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wider sales function, helping to generate opportunities, maintain strong client communication, and manage the sales pipeline effectively. We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and sectors, provided they have the right attitude, confidence, and sales support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating the CRM databaseMonitoring procurement portals and supporting with uploading tenders and clarification responsesConducting outbound sales calls to existing and prospective clientsBooking qualified meetings for Business Development Managers and Sales DirectorsBuilding and cleansing databases through proactive outreachManaging pipeline activity and ensuring consistent follow-upsAnswering incoming calls via the main phone lineProviding day-to-day support to the wider sales team

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience within a sales support, business development, telesales, or internal sales roleStrong experience using CRM systemsConfident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phoneExperience with cold calling and appointment settingStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload independentlyDriven, proactive, and comfortable working remotelyExcellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
