We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to manage the kitchen operation for this exclusive events Venue.
Our client is a prestigious venue located in the City hosting a variety of corporate and private events.
Things to know:• Destination events venue with an exclusive client list• Operates Monday to Friday• Closed over festive periods
Things you will be doing as a Head Chef:• Manage the day-to-day operation• Develop the team through leadership and coaching• Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day kitchen management• Ensure the food standards are maintained• Continually review and refresh menu offerings• Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen• Regular hygiene audits
You will be a great fit if you have:• Must have been in a Head Chef or Exec Chefs role at present • Previous experience in a high-profile events venue• Have excellent communication skills and brilliant people skills• Strong planning skills and focused on revenue generation• Understanding of the London market• Team management skills• High level of attention to detail
