Customer Care Apprentice

Key responsibilities:

Answering and making phone calls with confidence Sending and responding to emails efficiently Offering office admin support Assisting with all roles across all departments within the company Offering support and assistance to our customers, suppliers and colleagues Responding to customer and colleague enquires quickly and efficiently

Person specification:

Be outgoing and enthusiastic and be able to work as part of a close-knit busy team Be able to use your own initiative and be willing to help out whenever required in all departments Have a good level of education in both maths and English Show good attention to detail Be able to ask questions Have a good sense of humour

This role will be supported by a Business Administration Level 3 qualification supported by Starting Off.

Training:
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Remote training delivery onefile VLE 6 hours of dedicated training time every week

Training Outcome:
Possible full time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship

Our client is a very well-established local business that distributes goods to building merchants all over the UK and they are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice to join their team. Their aim has always been, and will continue to be, to offer a first-class service to the builders merchant industry. They promise to always invest heavily in stock, infrastructure and staff, to enable this service to continue. They are now looking for an apprentice to join their friendly team in Northampton.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with half hour for lunch.
