Air and Sea Apprentice

Process job requests and create new files for incoming shipments. Monitor and track vessel schedules and arrivals Notify Customers of pending shipments and missing documentation. Gain a thorough understanding of customs regulations and import procedures. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their customs clearance and delivery requirements. Liaise with shipping lines, transport companies and warehouses to fulfil customer-specific delivery requirements accurately. Complete final invoicing in line with quotes.

Training:

Training will take place online via Teams on a monthly basis.

9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday 1 hour lunch break.
