Mechatronics Engineering Apprenticeship

Working with Electricians and Engineers, helping in the following tasks:

Duties to include but not limited to:

Manufacturing electrical control panels (drilling, tapping, fixing cable trunking and din rail, fitting and wiring components to electrical schematics) Testing electrical control panels (checking electrical schematics, checking PLC signals, testing protective devices and general functionality) Installation of cable basket or trunking (marking out, cutting and fixing) Wiring of process equipment such as pumps, heaters and instrumentation using SWA, SY, CAM cables Piping of actuated pneumatic equipment such as valves and cylinders Set-up of equipment, scaling and calibrating

Training:

Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Level 3/Skills England.
