Apprentice Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2

Assist in dispensing prescriptions under supervision of a pharmacist or technician Label and prepare medicines accurately for checking Serve customers and provide basic advice within scope of training Manage stock, including ordering, receiving, and rotating medicines Help maintain accurate prescription and patient records Support the safe storage and handling of medicines Carry out housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, compliant pharmacy environment Follow strict confidentiality, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures Learn and complete required coursework and on-the-job training Report any issues or errors to senior staff immediately

Training:

100% remote delivery.



Training Outcome:

After a Level 2 Pharmacy Apprenticeship, you can progress to a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispenser role, then a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship leading to registration as a Pharmacy Technician. With further study, you may progress to a pharmacist through a pharmacy degree, or move into senior, specialist, or supervisory roles in community or hospital pharmacy.

Monday - Friday 9am-6pm Sat 9:30 am - 12:30pm
