Training:
Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
On-the-Job Training:
You will work in an early year's setting, applying what you are learning in a practical environmentOff-the-Job Study:
You will undertake formal study through a college or training provider to gain the required knowledgeEnd-Point Assessment (EPA):
At the end of the apprenticeship, you will undergo an assessment to demonstrate your competence.

Professional Discussion:
A discussion with an assessor, supported by a portfolio of evidence from your work
Knowledge Test:
An assessment to test your theoretical knowledgePractical Observation:
