Early Years Educator Apprentice - Gateway
As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards your qualification, supported by experienced practitioners every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily care, learning, and development of children in line with the EYFS Help plan and deliver fun, engaging activities to support children’s learning Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Assist with meal times, personal care routines, and promoting independence Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment Observe children and contribute to learning journeys and assessments Support children’s emotional well-being and encourage positive behaviour Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety Work as part of a team and participate in training sessions and meetings Develop knowledge and skills while completing apprenticeship courseworkWhat We Offer

Training:
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

Training Outcome:
Successful apprentices may have the opportunity to progress into a permanent Early Years Practitioner role upon completion. We also offer continued professional development and support to gain further childcare qualifications.
