ICT Apprentice

Provide first-line ICT support to staff and/or customers Assist with setting up computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Support the maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems Help troubleshoot basic technical issues (password resets, connectivity, software errors) Install and update software under supervision Maintain accurate records of IT issues and solutions Assist with cybersecurity and data protection practices Support ICT projects and system upgrades Follow company policies and IT procedures at all times

Training:

Information Communications Technician Level 3.



Training Outcome:

The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
