Job Title: Business Development Manager – Conferences & Events
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus + benefits
Location: Lancashire
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow Conferences & Events revenue across high-profile hospitality venues. You’ll own the sales strategy, win new business, and maximise key accounts. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where commercial impact and client relationships go hand in hand.
