A cladding, façade & architectural metalwork contractor in Hertfordshire is currently looking for an Estimator to join their growing team.
Start Date: Immediate Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent
Duties:
Estimating cladding, façade & architectural metalwork packages.
Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of specialist packages.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation to assess project requirements.
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain quotations and pricing information.
Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams throughout the tender process.
Assisting with cost planning, value engineering, and budget management where required.
