Key Responsibilities
Analyse market trends, regulatory frameworks, and customer requirementsDevelop and expand relationships with new and existing clients and partnersAssess client and project pipelines to identify opportunities and prioritiesEvaluate project opportunities and support strategic business development activitiesManage key client relationships across the project lifecycleLead the acquisition process for large-scale renewable energy projects from initial engagement through to contract signatureAct as the interface between clients and internal project teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated and deliveredOversee preparation of commercial and technical proposalsDefine and review project requirements with project managers and clientsCollaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Construction teamsReview and manage client-supplied project documentation and data packagesAbout You
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong relationship management skills and a genuine passion for renewable energy and decarbonisation.
You will ideally have:
A commercial and/or technical degree qualification or equivalent experienceSeveral years’ experience in sales and Key Account ManagementExperience working with utilities, IPPs, asset managers, or similar stakeholdersA background within the renewable energy sector, ideally solar PV and/or battery storageExperience managing tender and bid processesStrong contract negotiation and commercial management skillsExperience in cost calculation and budgetingPackage
