The Role:
Support the Head Pastry Chef and pastry team in delivering high-quality Italian dessertsWork across all pastry sections in a busy, high-volume kitchenMaintain impeccable standards of presentation and consistency48-hour weekKitchen closes at 11pmThe Ideal Pastry Sous Chef:
