Multi Skilled Apprentice

Working under the direction, guidance and supervision of a fully qualified multi skilled operative to achieve the skills and qualifications needed Learn skills such as capentary, brickwork, plastering, decoration, tiling and drainage Deliver property maintenance services in line with all group standards, key performance indicators and targets ensuring high standards are consistently met together with observing all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements are met

Training:
NVQ  Level 2  Property Maintenance Comprehensive induction programme, customer excellence, health and safety, equality and diversity, fire safety and introduction to housing

Training Outcome:
This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge to work in a multi skilled environment
