Maintenance Surveying Apprentice
Permission requests, updating spreadsheets, data entry
Shadow on-site visits, surveys and appropriate meetings for the purpose of defect diagnosis, repair, alteration, improvement
Assist in arranging access for the Maintenance Surveyors to undertake surveys
Assist in creating a photographic record, validating the condition of the property
Assist with customer enquiries
Shadow the Repairs and Maintenance Manager through the procurement of a contract and assist with related tasks
Support Maintenance Surveyors and Repairs Supervisors on the delivery of projects, including site surveys, inspections, contract meetings, valuations and payments
Receive and resolve customer queries and maintain CRM records
Monitor complaint resolution and maintain CRM records
Training:
Surveying Technician Level 3.
Training Outcome:
Progress to a degree or higher apprenticeship (Level 6) → typically the Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship.
This leads to becoming a fully qualified surveyor (e.g. building, commercial, residential).

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
