CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber  to work for an established company situated in London. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

Duties and responsibilities
Repairing Toilets and SinksUnblocking ToiletsWater Hygiene maintenance and inspectionsPipework inspections and repairsMinor installation worksCarpentry workMinor fixingMaintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVsFlexible in helping other trades on sitePlanned and reactive worksWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)General building fabricEscort specialist subcontractors 
Requirements
