Salary: €6,000 gross per annum + 8% holiday allowance

An exciting new high-end Italian dining concept set to launch in Amsterdam is currently searching for an exceptional Executive Chef to join the project from the development stage.

The concept will focus on elevated hospitality, premium ingredients, elegant presentation, and vibrant high-volume service within a luxury dining environment.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in internationally positioned luxury hospitality concepts. The ideal profile comes from high-end, high-volume restaurant environments with a strong focus on service, atmosphere, consistency, and modern luxury dining.

Key responsibilities:

Leading the culinary vision and menu development of the conceptBuilding, training, and managing the kitchen teamCreating and maintaining operational structure, consistency, and quality standardsOverseeing food cost, purchasing, supplier relationships, and kitchen administrationDelivering high-level execution during high-volume luxury serviceWorking closely with ownership and executive leadership on the overall guest experience and concept developmentEnsuring a strong culture of professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork within the kitchen

Operationally very strongProven experience in premium Italian diningExperienced in running high-volume luxury serviceStrong leadership and team development skillsModern and elegant culinary styleInternational mindset with strong hospitality DNA
