We are working with a unique and purpose-driven catering and events business seeking an Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of high-end events across some of London’s most prestigious venues. Key Responsibilities
Manage event enquiries, administration, and client communicationCoordinate tastings, site visits, and venue meetingsProduce event paperwork, job sheets, and invoicesLiaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliverySupport the planning and execution of bespoke eventsBuild strong relationships with venues and key accountsManage event budgets and ensure accurate quotingAbout You
Previous experience within events or high-end cateringStrong organisational and coordination skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and event administrationProactive, energetic, and detail-focusedPassionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional eventsWhat You’ll Bring
