As HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver commercially focused HR solutions, support organisational change, develop talent, and create a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, or similar strategic HR partnerships role Strong employee relations experience with a sound understanding of UK employment law Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively at all levels Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Experience using people data and HR metrics to drive decision-making CIPD Level 5 qualified or above Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHighly Desirable
Experience supporting European or international teams Experience working within a unionised environment Knowledge of talent management and succession planning frameworksYou'll Be:
