Restaurant Manager, cool bar/venue, Camden - £40,000 + Uncapped bonusRestaurant management experience is needed – career development is fully available! Our client is an exciting bar venue & events company based across the UK with 6 sites and growing.

They are offering a great Restaurant Managers role in one of the flagship venues – this site is all about, setting the standards that set the course of the company.

They are looking to appoint a General Manager for their Manchester site.This role would have responsibility for the standards of the restaurant and restaurant staff, service delivery, retail concepts and health safety – All that jazz, service amazing drink and great food in a relaxed environment.

Restaurant Managers and the management team will recruit, mentor, and manage the team, developing and growing them in site for development.

You will also be instrumental in growing the sales and revenue; you will devise and deliver local sales and marketing campaigns to complement the group sales strategy and continue outreach activity when the site is open.

LOADS of events in this venue, which makes its an all-year-round busy operation.To be considered for the Restaurant Manager post you will:
Have at least 3-years management experience within the bar/pub and food sector at Restaurant Manager levelExperience of driving sales activity through the planning and implementation of lead generation campaigns would be hugely beneficial, particularly within the local area.You will certainly be passionate about the food and drinks sector.You will be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with your team and the customers, not a back-office manager so an outgoing disposition is essential.
