ICT Apprenticeship - Remote
Riverdale Healthcare are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join their technology team. Working closely with the Technology Manager, you will gain valuable experience supporting both internal systems and stakeholders across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your technical knowledge while contributing to large-scale business projects and helping improve the efficiency of systems used across the organisation. You will work with a variety of platforms including Microsoft 365, NHS systems, and practice management software, whilst liaising with external IT support providers to resolve technical and network issues.
Day-Day Responsibiltiies:
Support the administration of business systems and user accounts Create, modify and remove user accounts across company platforms Assist with password resets and multi-factor authentication (MFA) support Manage user permissions and access requests Support updates and alterations to internal systems Act as a point of contact for NHS mailbox and website queries Maintain and update NHS website profiles and company intranet content Liaise with external IT support providers to resolve IT and network issues Coordinate engineer site visits where required Identify system inefficiencies and suggest improvements Support company-wide technology projects and system implementations Recommend hardware replacements and technology upgradesTraining:

Upon completion of this 15 month apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
