IT Support Apprentice
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Provide remote and on‑site technical support to end users
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., AD/Entra)
Set up, configure, and deploy devices and applications
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure and system performance
Implement security measures such as patching, MFA, and endpoint protection
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment and access
Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and asset records
Support and troubleshoot business-critical applications
Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 8:30am- 6:00pm, 42.5 hrs per week but reduced to 40 if under 19
