Production Operatives (Dudley)

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for our prestigious client.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced production and manufacturing candidates seeking ongoing work, with immediate starts available. The successful candidate will join a busy production environment, carrying out small assembly tasks and ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out small assembly work with precision and accuracyAssembling components in line with production specificationsConducting visual quality inspections on finished productsFollowing detailed work instructions and production processesMaintaining a clean and organised work areaMeeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standardsReporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisorsWorking efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentSupporting team members to ensure smooth operations

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is essentialExperience in a similar assembly or production-based role preferredExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistenciesComfortable working in a repetitive role while maintaining high accuracyGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to follow instructions and work independently when requiredReliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Hourly Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour
