Digital Business Apprentice
Providing first-line IT support to staff
Assisting with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Helping staff with login issues, password resets, and user accounts
Maintaining printers, scanners, and other office equipment
Supporting software installations, updates, and system access
Helping ensure devices and systems are secure and compliant
Logging and tracking IT support requests
Assisting with onboarding new starters and setting up equipment
Assisting with website updates and digital content management
Supporting the use and promotion of the NHS App and related digital services both amongst staff and patients
Supporting wider digital transformation projects within the organisation
Training:
Information Communications Technician Level 3
1 day per week at the college (term-time)

College assessor

Teldoc is Shropshire’s first ‘Super-Surgery’ and is a medical practice in Primary Care. Teldoc consists of 6 sites and works alongside Shifnal & Priorslee Medical Practice, who have 2 sites. Teldoc provides high quality healthcare in a responsive, supportive, and courteous manner. We provide a service which puts our patient’s welfare at the heart of what we do.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6:30pm, based on a rota, so hours could differ.
