As a Night Carer, you will be supporting residents with dementia in a residential care setting.

This home consists of 27 beds across 3 levels.

They are looking for caring, Emphatic individuals to deliver high-quality care to their residents in a respectful and dignified manner.

Responsibilities Include:

? Maintain high standards of care and service towards Service Users, Relatives, Visitors, and other members of staff.
? Following detailed support plans when supporting individual service users
? Being Proactive ensuring a safe environment to assist Service Users and Visitors
? Completing administrative records in detail and maintain all data.
? Adhere to policies and procedures, following appropriate action when needed
? Ensure the home is always secure
