Nestle amongst the Hills and century old vineyards this sumptuous property will be opening as a luxury retreat with ornamental gardens; country-chic bedrooms; Swimming-Pool and Spa retreat and a beautiful indoor and outdoor events and wedding space.JOB PURPOSEWith experience within a luxury hotel; the successful candidate will
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office DivisionSupervise, coach, and develop a team of Receptionists, Porters and Valets, ConciergeBe an ambassador for the hotel, providing an immediate management point of contact for guests and colleagues.
Coordinate, plan and execute all daily activities in the Front of House department.Actively lead the front of house team and coach them in creating exceptional guest serviceProvide a genuine hospitality by creating memorable luxury experiencesAnticipate guest needs and deal with all enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner and to guide the Front of House team in achieving the same.Ensure procedures are followed and to maximise the efficiency of the Front of House team.Be fully knowledgeable of the hotel offerings and to actively up-sell and cross-sell the hotel’s products and services.

Currently be in a similar position within a 4*L or 5 star Luxury Hotel propertyExcellent presentation and grooming standardsBe a real people person, a natural leader, flexible and adaptableExcellent organisational skillsPrevious experience in management of Reception and Reservations teamStrong hands-on leadershipStrong people management background.Speaks several languages is a bonusBilingual Italian and English is essential.
